MD155-67 Type Wear-Resistant Multistage Centrifugal Pump for Coal Mines
Subcategory:
Industrial Pump, Mining Pump & Municipal Pump Series
The MD155-67 wear-resistant multistage centrifugal pump for coal mines is a horizontal, single-suction, sectional multistage centrifugal pump. Its suction inlet is located on the suction section and is horizontal (can also be vertical upward). The discharge outlet is located on the discharge section and is vertical upward. The pump's suction section, intermediate section, discharge section, and other parts are assembled into a single unit via tension bolts. The number of stages can be selected based on the required head. The pump's structure and component composition are shown in the structural diagram.
The rotor assembly of the MD155-67 wear-resistant multistage centrifugal pump for coal mines primarily consists of the shaft, impellers mounted on the shaft, shaft sleeves, balance discs, and other components. The number of impellers depends on the number of stages. Components on the shaft are secured to the shaft as a single unit using flat keys and shaft nuts. The entire rotor is supported by rolling or sliding bearings at both ends. Bearing types vary but none bear axial forces, which are counterbalanced by the balancing mechanism. During operation, the rotor undergoes axial movement within the pump casing; radial ball bearings are not permitted. Rolling bearings are grease-lubricated; sliding bearings use oil lubrication via oil cups and are cooled by circulating water.
The sealing surfaces between the suction section, intermediate section, and discharge section of the MD155-67 wear-resistant multistage centrifugal pump for coal mines are sealed using anaerobic flat sealant or barley paper. Sealing rings and guide vane sleeves are installed between the rotor and stationary components for sealing. These components must be replaced when wear affects pump performance.
Shaft sealing configurations include mechanical seals and packing seals. When employing packing seals, the packing gland must be precisely positioned, with packing tension adjusted appropriately—ideally allowing liquid to seep out drop by drop. All sealing components reside within a sealed chamber pressurized with water to provide water sealing, cooling, or lubrication. A replaceable shaft sleeve protects the pump shaft at the shaft seal location.
Viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
