XBD-SJ Deep Well Fire Pump Set, primarily used for industrial and urban fire protection water supply.

Pump rotation direction: Viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.

Structure Description

The XBD-SJ pump adopts a vertical multi-stage segmented structure. The suction inlet is vertically oriented on the inlet section, while the discharge outlet is vertically positioned on the outlet section.

Equipped with a YE3 motor, it delivers low noise and high energy efficiency.

Pump Shaft: Constructed from stainless steel; compliant with firefighting standards, enhancing shaft longevity.

Mechanical Seal: Utilizes a hard alloy mechanical seal. The high-pressure mechanical seal ensures long operational life, zero leakage, no shaft wear, and prevents scale buildup, maintaining a clean working environment.

Pump Body: The discharge chamber and suction volute are crafted using an optimized hydraulic model, combining aesthetic appeal with high efficiency. Equipped with mounting feet for easy installation and stable operation.

Impeller: Constructed from stainless steel. Utilizes a high-performance hydraulic model, delivering high efficiency and a performance curve free of humps.

Installation and Adjustment

Before installation, carefully inspect the flow path for any foreign objects to prevent damage to the impeller and pump body during operation.

During installation, the weight of the piping must not be borne by the pump to avoid deformation that could affect normal operation.

Tighten the anchor bolts to prevent vibration during startup from affecting pump performance.

Startup and Shutdown

Pre-Startup Preparations

A. Manually rotate the pump. The impeller should turn freely without binding or friction.
B. Test-run the motor briefly to verify the rotation direction is correct.

Startup and Operation

A. Close the discharge pipeline valve.

B. Connect the power supply. Once the pump reaches normal rotational speed, gradually open the discharge pipeline valve and adjust to the required operating conditions.

C. Monitor instrument readings, inspect shaft seal leakage, and verify motor bearing temperature rise does not exceed 80°C. Address any abnormalities promptly.

Shutdown

A. Gradually close the discharge pipeline valve and disconnect the power supply.

B. Close the inlet valve.

Pump Maintenance

A. 5.1 The inlet pipeline must be fully filled with liquid to prevent cavitation. Prohibit prolonged operation of the pump under cavitation conditions.

B. Periodically check the motor current value, which must not exceed the motor's rated current.
