Fire Inspection Control Cabinet is a type of intelligent digital fire inspection device. This device prevents malfunctions such as corrosion, moisture ingress, and abnormal operation of fire pumps.
According to the fire safety industry standard GA30.2 “Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fixed Fire Water Supply Equipment,” to prevent pump corrosion, moisture ingress, and abnormal operation, and to ensure readiness for critical moments, fire pumps must be equipped with automatic inspection devices. The inspection operates at low frequency, with the motor running at 300 rpm during inspection. The water system does not pressurize, and there is no start-up current, significantly extending the equipment's service life. This inspection method is highly safe, low-current, and low-power consumption, making it the inspection method that best meets the requirements of the Ministry's industry standards.
Fire Inspection Control Cabinet Performance:
1. Automatic Inspection Control Function: Performs low-frequency inspection control for fire pumps and sprinkler pumps, along with low-speed self-operation inspection for spray pumps. The inspection cycle is 24 hours, with each pump undergoing a 10-minute inspection per cycle. Both the inspection cycle and duration can be adjusted from minutes to days based on actual requirements. During a fire emergency, the programmable controller automatically halts inspection upon receiving fire commands, activates fire pumps, and requires manual shutdown after fire suppression concludes.
2. The equipment features audible and visual alarms with fault memory. Its Chinese menu interface is intuitive and user-friendly. It records faults including short circuits, phase loss, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and communication failures to facilitate maintenance operations.
