Control Cabinet
The fire control cabinet is provided by the pump manufacturer with an IP54 protection rating. Alarms are visual indicators.
The pump control cabinet shall be supplied by the pump manufacturer and shall include, but not be limited to, the following functions and requirements:
All electrical components shall comply with applicable standards.
The control cabinet shall meet the system's functional and control requirements.
The control panel shall display all operating parameters in both Chinese and English.
The control cabinet has an IP54 protection rating and is designed for indoor vertical installation.
Power cable color coding inside the cabinet:
Phase 1 (L1/Phase A): Yellow
Phase 2 (L2/Phase B): Green
Phase 3 (L3/Phase C): Red
Neutral wire: Light blue
Ground wire: Yellow-green striped
Power cable arrangement inside the cabinet:
Viewed from the front of the cabinet, cables are arranged top-to-bottom, left-to-right, and inner-to-outer. Phases are sequenced as L1, L2, L3.
Must include protection functions for pump motors, such as overload, overvoltage, short circuit, phase loss/undervoltage, and overheating, with audible and visual alarm capabilities. However, only alarm functions are permitted; tripping is not allowed.
Equipped with resistance loss compensation functionality, allowing adjustment of setpoints via external parameters (e.g., temperature, time, altitude, and flow rate).
