The stainless steel multistage pump housing is constructed of stainless steel. Multiple impellers are mounted on a single pump shaft and connected in series to work together. As the liquid sequentially passes through each impeller, it undergoes centrifugal force, progressively increasing its energy until it achieves the maximum head. The stainless steel multistage pump primarily consists of four major components: the stator, rotor, bearings, and shaft seal. Vibration during operation is mainly caused by loose bolts or rotor imbalance. Solutions include tightening bolts and aligning bearings.
