High Strength: Reinforced grooves and surfaces are molded into both the connection surfaces and weak points of the tank, reducing overall deformation and ensuring a flat appearance.
Long Service Life: Constructed from S30408 stainless steel or high-grade composite stainless steel sheets, this weld-free BY-BDF series employs mechanical connections. Waterproof rubber strips are sealed and compressed within reinforcement grooves, preventing exposure to light or oxidation. This significantly extends the lifespan of the weld-free stainless steel tank.
Easy Installation: The molded-reinforced panels allow for thinner sheet metal, facilitating lightweight transportation, swift installation, and reduced labor. The reinforced waterproof grooves at connection points eliminate leakage issues common in welded tanks and BDF stainless steel tanks.
Superior Seismic Resistance: Tank panels feature rounded corners with streamlined profiles combined with elastic shock-absorbing pads. Diagonal braces placed at the center of corner joints distribute stress evenly. Joints are sealed with waterproof channel strips and rubber gaskets, eliminating the need for tightening. This design enhances flexibility during water filling or external force application, allowing the tank to return to its original shape after stress removal and preventing plastic deformation.
