Enameled steel plate water tanks are assembled from enameled steel panels. The tank bottom is supported by a channel steel frame, reinforced internally with enameled plates. Rubber strips seal the joints between panels, which are bolted together to enhance structural strength. Storage capacities range from 1.0 cubic meters to 1000 cubic meters. They can be assembled using our standardized product combinations or customized to meet specific user dimensions. The water stored within these tanks has been certified to meet the requirements of the “Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water” (GB5479-85). Enameled steel tanks utilize premium materials subjected to high-temperature sintering, forming a dense glaze layer on the tank surface. This layer interacts ionically with the steel substrate, creating a diffusion layer approximately 200-300μm thick that enhances the enamel's adhesion strength. The smooth porcelain surface facilitates easy cleaning and offers corrosion resistance. The steel plate structure resists deformation, providing excellent seismic performance and high impact resistance. Through prolonged use, these tanks demonstrate reliable performance and have received positive feedback from users. Enameled steel plate water tanks have a wide range of applications: they are suitable for new construction projects and also provide a convenient solution for replacing water tanks in older buildings. These tanks can store both hot water and acidic or alkaline liquids.

How to Select Enameled Steel Plate Water Tanks

1. Water tanks are available in stamped and flat plate types.

2. Provide tank dimensions, pipe connection locations, and pipe diameters when placing orders.

3. Do not weld additional components to the tank interior or exterior; avoid damaging the enamel surface.

4. Floor load capacity must be verified by structural engineers.

5. Regularly clean the tank; prevent debris from entering during water testing.

6. If customer-specified openings align with panel seams, our factory will adjust them without altering pipe diameter (no separate notification required).

7. Tank pedestals shall be 200mm wide, spaced at 1000mm intervals, with a minimum height of 400mm. The distance between the tank top and roof shall be no less than 600mm to facilitate installation.
