General-Purpose Firefighting Gas-Pressurized Water Supply Equipment/Firefighting Gas-Pressurized Water Supply System//Gas-Pressurized Firefighting Water Supply Equipment/Gas-Pressurized Equipment Operation and Working Principle
1. Components of General-Purpose Firefighting Gas-Pressurized Water Supply Equipment: Pressure tank, pressure-stabilizing pump system, gas cylinder system, gas pump, and control system.
2. Stabilizing Pump System Startup and Operation: Before startup, water is first charged into the pressure tank and system. Once charged to a certain level, the stabilizing pump is activated to continue feeding water into the system. When the water level in the stabilizing tank reaches the preset upper limit (M1), the stabilizing pump (two units, one active and one standby) automatically stops. If the pressure is below the system's set lower pressure limit P2 (P1 being the upper pressure limit, P2 the lower pressure limit), the gas pump automatically replenishes gas into the tank until the pressure reaches the set upper limit P1, at which point the gas pump stops. This completes one pressure stabilization cycle, maintaining the entire fire protection system at a stable pressure state. When system leakage causes pressure to drop to P2, the magnetic flip-plate level gauge detects a decrease in tank water level. If the water level falls to the set lower limit M2, the pressure stabilization pump system automatically activates to replenish water into the system. The pump stops when the water level reaches the set upper limit M1. (If tank pressure becomes excessively high during replenishment—exceeding the set upper pressure limit P1—the electromagnetic valve D2 on the tank top automatically opens to relieve pressure, ensuring water replenishment to the target level.) Conversely, if system pressure falls below the set lower limit, the air pump automatically activates to replenish air into the tank. It continues until the system reaches the upper pressure limit P1, at which point the air pump stops. This cycle repeats to maintain the pressure stabilizing system within the set water level range (M1–M2) and pressure range (P1–P2), achieving pressure stabilization.
